Prevention of Violence against Women and their Children in the Southern Metropolitan Region’ (the Preventing Violence Together Strategy) is a five-year primary prevention Strategy with the vision to create a region where women have equality and respect – and where women and their children live free from violence.

Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE)
WHISE led the development of the Strategy with over 30 organisations across the region now formally signed onto the Strategy and Action Plan, which has been brought to life by a Steering Committee comprised of senior representatives from the involved organisations and a Community of Practice (CoP) comprised of practitioners in the region to implement the action plan.
