Campaign to attract and recruit specialist family violence and primary prevention workers in Victoria
As you are aware, Victoria’s family violence sector is experiencing unprecedented growth in size, scale and demand following the release of the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Family Violence (Victoria) in 2016.
Family Safety Victoria is developing a campaign to attract and recruit specialist family violence response and primary prevention workers in Victoria. The campaign is in response to one of the immediate actions from the Building from Strength: 10-Year Industry Plan for Family Violence Prevention and Response.
About this survey
We invite you to help shape the campaign by completing this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FSVictoria
The survey should take between 10—15 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and completely confidential. The survey is open until midnight Sunday, 14 April 2019.
The survey is being conducted by an independent communications agency, Fenton Communications, whom Family Safety Victoria has commissioned to develop the campaign.
Please share this survey with your networks
We encourage you to forward the survey to your family violence response and/or prevention networks or workers. We would like to ensure that we can incorporate as many diverse voices as possible so that the campaign is genuinely representative of the Victorian specialist family violence and primary prevention workforces.
Note: You may receive more than one request to complete the survey if you are part of multiple family violence response and/or prevention networks. You only need to complete the survey once. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
If you have any questions about this survey or the project, please contact Family Safety Victoria’s Centre for Workforce Excellence at [email protected].
Your voice is important, and we thank you in advance for your contribution.
